Plasma Ion Catalytic Deodorizer

Plasma-Ion Catalitic System
Based on rich and diverse experiences and performances, EST provides the best solution for bad smells.

Plasma Ion Catalytic Deodorization Facility

Mechanism

  • To remove the foul smelling gas discharged from bad smell emitting facilities, the complex technology generates radical hydroxide (OH-, HOO-) that effectively responds to foul smelling gas in low-temperature plasma, produces primary reaction with inflowing gas, and ultimately degenerates in porous catalyst.

Characteristics

  • Plasma ion and porous catalyst are used to adsorb/degenerate the foul smelling gas and emit harmless gas (N2, Co2, H2O, etc.).
  • Excellent applicability on low-concentration, high-concentration, and all types of foul smelling gas.
  • Eco-friendly technology free from generation of secondary pollutant.
  • Easy installation and management. Low initial investment cost and operation cost compared to other methods.

Gas Elimination Process

  • Ammonia
    Elimination Reaction

    • 2NH3 + HO∙ + 1.5O2 → N2 + 3H2O + HO-
    • 2NH3 + HO2∙ + 1.5O2 → N2 + 3H2O + HOO-
    • 2NH3 + O2· + 1.5O2 → N2 + 3H2O +O2
  • Hydrogen Sulfide
    Elimination Reaction

    • 4H2S + HO∙ + 1.5O2 → 2S2(↓) + 4H2O + H+
    • 4H2S + HO2∙ + 1.5O2 → 2S2(↓) + 4H2O + HO-
    • 4H2S + O2· + 1.5O2 → 2S2(↓) + 4H2O + O-
